· Application for establishing exams centers should be submitted within the date stipulated in the form.
|
|
· The application should be submitted by itself and the institute chairman/secretary or by the principal of the school/collage along with declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper worth `10/-
|
|
· If the institute is registered the application should be accompanied by the certified copy of proposal, by laws and other certificate copies of testimonials.
|
|
· The application should be attested either by a gazette office or M.L.A. and M.P. or self-attested.
|
|
· Please attach photocopy of address verification and copy of photo I.D. along with the form. · All the courses which are shown may be conducted by other authorized institutions also.

Institution does not accept direct application. The centers are established on the recommendation of the above institution only.

Ø According to the Institution rule approval for opening to a new centre will be for three year but second year approval will be given after first year satisfactorily running of the center.
